Throughout his career, Junith has achieved milestones that many dream of. From starting as a local coach to becoming the head teacher at the biggest school in Bahrain, his professional growth has been remarkable.
As a player, he dream of representing his district, state, and country — dreams he turned into reality. Among his proudest accomplishments was participating twice in the Senior Badminton World Championships, representing Bahrain.
But Junith’s story doesn’t end with his own achievements. As a coach, his success has multiplied through his students. From winning the first district medal to achieving international recognition, his players have carried his vision forward.
He also became a BWF Level 1 Coach and later achieved certification as a BWF Level 1 Tutor, successfully completing the BWF Tutor Course — with the official announcement to be made in December. A testament to his dedication to continuous learning and excellence.

Rather than letting that discourage him, Junith used those challenges as motivation. They became the foundation for his coaching philosophy — to ensure that no young athlete would ever miss out on quality training due to lack of access.
This mindset defines his approach today. For him, the greatest reward is seeing his players shine, grow, and gain recognition. “There’s no greater satisfaction,” he says, “than watching my students succeed and knowing I played a small part in their journey.”
Building the Dream: Sports Hub and PECA International
Today, CM Junith stands at the helm of two thriving organizations — Sports Hub and PECA International. As the CEO, he has combined his passion for sports with his belief in education.
Sports Hub, as the name suggests, is focused on sports management and athlete training, especially in badminton — the sport closest to Junith’s heart. The organization is known for nurturing young talent and promoting fitness through disciplined, professional coaching.
On the other hand, PECA International (Path of Excellence in Career Architecture) is entirely dedicated to education. Through PECA, Junith aims to guide students in building strong academic and professional foundations, aligning perfectly with his lifelong mission of empowerment through learning.
Together, these two ventures reflect his vision to help kids grow both physically and mentally, and to create a one-stop solution for sports and education development
