4. Diversifying into Fashion and Modeling

Halila’s passion for fashion led her to explore modeling, where she achieved significant milestones. She was crowned Miss Nations Union of Morocco and became the first Arabic model managed by Italy’s Koala Model Agency. Her participation and victory in the 2021 Fashion Hero TV series showcased her versatility and commitment to breaking stereotypes in the fashion industry.

Expanding her creative horizons, Halila ventured into acting and production. She collaborated with Iranian filmmaker Kambiz Babaei on a film project and directed parts of a Louboutin campaign blending Moroccan motifs with high fashion. Her production company, Mosaic Com, focuses on bringing underrepresented talents to the forefront, producing music videos, short films, and documentaries.

As President of Morocco’s Ekoham Foundation and APDH Association, she works towards education, healthcare, and women’s empowerment. Halila’s contributions have been acknowledged globally. She was honored as the Best Journalist in the Arab World in 2019 and received an honorary doctorate from Asalam’s Academy in Germany.
