Today, Noha is more than a media professional. She is a storyteller, a mentor, a voice for the unheard, and a rising figure in the Arab media world making her mark with honesty, depth, and purpose.

A Childhood Full of Curiosity

Noha always knew she wanted to be a journalist. While other kids played games, she was busy observing people and asking questions. “The thrill of chasing facts, meeting people from all walks of life, and making a real impact only journalism offers that,” she recalls.

That sense of purpose has stayed with her ever since. She chose to study Mass Communication in Egypt, and even while still in university, she began training in media. This hands-on experience early on gave her a head start once she graduated.

A Fresh Start With Big Dreams

After completing her studies, Noha returned to the UAE, the country where she was born and raised. She began her professional journey at Sky News Arabia as a fresh graduate. From day one, she made it a point to explore every part of the media industry working across digital, news, and programs.

“I immersed myself in every department,” she says. “The biggest challenge in the beginning was not knowing where to start.” But instead of waiting for the perfect job or opportunity, she dove in and made the most of every chance she got.

Her advice to young journalists is simple but powerful: “Don’t wait. Attend events, network, introduce yourself, and say yes to any decent opportunity even if it doesn’t pay much at first.”

More Than a Job: A Calling

Noha doesn’t just see journalism as a career she sees it as a mission. One of her proudest moments came when a story she reported gave a voice to someone who had been ignored. That story led to real change.

“That’s the true power of journalism,” she says. “It’s about using storytelling to change lives. It’s a privilege I never take for granted.”

Moments like these remind her why she chose this path in the first place. For Noha, stories are not just news they are tools to connect, empower, and inspire.

Lessons in Growth and Purpose

Noha’s journey hasn’t been easy. But she believes that growth comes from more than just hard work. “Hard work alone doesn’t take you far,” she says. “What really helps you grow is how you communicate, how much you read, how well you know your own value.”

She believes in lifelong learning and encourages everyone in media to invest in themselves. She also highlights the importance of adapting to the future. “Start learning about AI it’s no longer optional. It’s a major part of where journalism is heading.”

Noha stays ahead of the curve by combining traditional storytelling with modern digital tools. She believes that to truly thrive in today’s media world, one needs to balance depth with adaptability.

Raising the Standard of Storytelling

Noha hopes her career is remembered for raising the bar in journalism. Whether she’s reporting on major events, hosting a program, or mentoring young professionals, her goal has always been the same: to tell stories that matter, and to do it with clarity, truth, and emotional connection.

“I want to be remembered as someone who brought depth and authenticity to digital storytelling,” she says. In a world filled with fast content and short attention spans, her work is a breath of fresh air thoughtful, human, and real.

Inspiring the Next Generation

One of Noha’s greatest passions is helping young journalists find their path. She knows how overwhelming the start of a career can feel. That’s why she regularly shares advice and insights based on her own experience.

“It’s okay to feel lost at first,” she says. “You’re not supposed to have it all figured out. Just focus on learning and growing. Let your work speak for you.”
