In addition to its healthcare functions, the health center incorporates various annex buildings, including a pharmacy, administrative offices, and utility service areas. The facility also features dedicated parking spaces for 297 vehicles to ensure smooth accessibility for patients and staff.

The design of the Umm Al Seneem Health Center incorporates elements of Qatar’s heritage and local culture while prioritizing international fire safety and sustainability standards. The project is also designed to accommodate people with special needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all patients.

South Al Wakra Health Center

Another major healthcare project completed by Ashghal is the South Al Wakra Health Center, which will serve approximately 360 visitors per day. The project is currently in the final stages of preparation before being officially handed over to the Ministry of Public Health.

The health center covers an area of about 3,000 square meters and consists of a single-story main building that houses nine medical clinics. In addition to medical treatment areas, the facility includes several annex buildings such as a mosque, a support services building, a security guard office, and mechanical and electrical service units.

The health center is also equipped with a dedicated ambulance garage and parking slots for 125 vehicles, ensuring smooth patient transportation and emergency response capabilities. The facility is designed to enhance medical services in the South Al Wakra region, addressing the growing demand for accessible and efficient healthcare in the area.

  • Construction of Madinat Khalifa Health Centre – A new medical facility designed to improve healthcare access for residents in the Madinat Khalifa area.
  • Development of Qatar Academy Sidra – A modern educational institution aimed at providing high-quality academic facilities.
  • Establishment of Veterinary Laboratories – Supporting the Ministry of Municipality in advancing veterinary research and animal health services.

Out of these projects, six contracts valued at approximately QAR 1.1 billion have already been awarded. Additional tenders for the remaining projects are expected to be issued in the third quarter of this year.
