Her work in cybersecurity and digital transformation has strengthened the hotel’s IT framework.
  • Bandar Al Sunaidi, 23 – Cluster Marketing Executive, Riyadh Marriott (Cluster Properties): Transitioning to marketing, Bandar faced the challenge of managing campaigns for five hotels with a team of just himself and a graphic designer. Despite these constraints, he successfully executed strategic initiatives that enhanced brand presence and customer engagement. His efforts during Ramadan 2024 significantly increased brand awareness and revenue for Riyadh Marriott Hotels.
  • Fahad Alamri, 28 – Assistant Director of Housekeeping, The St. Regis Red Sea Resort: Beginning his hospitality career in 2013 as a Loss Prevention Officer at Hilton Jeddah, Fahad transitioned to housekeeping, a field with little Saudi representation at the time. Becoming the first Saudi housekeeping room attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, he overcame language and operational challenges to steadily rise through the ranks. In 2023, he joined The St. Regis Red Sea as Housekeeping Manager, where his leadership inspired more young Saudis to enter the field. Within a year, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
  • Heyam Alanazi, 25 – Finance Supervisor, Fairmont Hotel Riyadh: Managing financial accuracy and compliance, Heyam advanced from Income Auditor to Finance Supervisor within a year, taking on key responsibilities in income audits and government billings. Her expertise in handling complex contracts has strengthened institutional trust and ensured efficient financial processes. Recently, she expanded her role by managing accountant duties during month-end closings, demonstrating her ability to handle high-pressure financial operations.

The “Hotelier Saudi 30 Under 30” list was compiled through a meticulous selection process. Nominations were open to Saudi nationals aged 30 or younger, holding any role within a hotel, regardless of department.
