After finishing high school, she faced her first major setback—she was not accepted into the college of her choice. Instead of letting this stop her, Stanislava decided to take matters into her own hands. She started working to support herself, entering the world of journalism before eventually securing a place at the College of Journalism.

A Life-Changing Experience in the USA
What was initially meant to be a summer in the United States turned into two and a half years of valuable life lessons. Sponsored by McDonald’s for her visa, Stanislava realized early on that the job wasn’t for her. Quitting meant taking a risk, but she quickly adapted by finding three other jobs to sustain herself.
This period of her life taught her self-reliance, perseverance, and the ability to thrive outside her comfort zone. She proved to herself that she could face challenges head-on and come out stronger. The experience also gave her confidence that she could take care of herself no matter where she was in the world.
Academic Pursuits and Passion for Sales
Returning to Europe, Stanislava pursued her Master’s degree in Communications and Media Studies. Yet, throughout her professional journey, one theme kept resurfacing—sales. Whether it was selling advertisements while working at a radio station, cars in the United States, or academic programs such as MBA and LLM as a student specialist, she always excelled.
Sales, as it turned out, wasn’t just a skill but a natural strength. She discovered that she could connect with people easily, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that worked. This passion would later become a central part of her career in real estate.
The Move to Dubai and New Beginnings
After losing her job as a producer in the gaming industry, Stanislava came across an advertisement for a real estate agent role in Dubai. The opportunity seemed to align perfectly with everything she was passionate about—sales, architecture, travel, meeting new people, and building financial independence.
Taking a bold step, she used her compensation money from her previous job to buy flight tickets to Dubai. Her first stay lasted about two weeks, during which she visited 17 developers, rented a car, received her first driving fines, and even experienced getting lost in the desert without internet data. These early struggles, however, did not deter her. Instead, they added to her determination to succeed.
Building a Career in Real Estate
Stanislava’s timing proved to be advantageous. She entered the Dubai real estate market when there were relatively few agencies catering to international clients. Her natural sales ability, combined with Dubai’s rapidly growing property market, created the perfect environment for her to flourish.
Within two years, she discovered that real estate was not just a job but a passion. The industry gave her opportunities to connect with people from around the world, work with stunning architectural projects, and build her independence. She found herself waking up each morning excited about her work, a feeling many professionals aspire to but few achieve.
Balancing Family and Career
While her career flourished, Stanislava’s biggest personal achievement remains her family. She is the proud mother of two children, whom she describes as beautiful and incredibly smart. Balancing family responsibilities with a demanding career hasn’t been easy, especially with her frequent travels between Dubai and Brno. Yet, she continues to manage both with resilience and dedication.
Her next goal is to rent a long-term apartment in Dubai to balance her professional and personal life more effectively. This stability, she believes, will help her stay focused on her long-term ambitions.

Stanislava’s journey has been guided by a strong personal philosophy. She believes that when challenges come, one must first rely on oneself. For her, solutions often arrive after a good night’s rest and a calm, patient mindset. Panic and rushing decisions, she feels, rarely bring positive results.
